Two tracks: BlueNova pilots fly via Pilot Center. Other VAs use this portal only as a backup for Discord/script/API.

What the plugin does
VA Flight Ops is a smartCARS airline plugin: community-wide, not per-pilot Discord settings.
- ETD / ETA / Arrived Pilots update ETD, mid-flight ETA, delay, cancel or Arrived (ATA) on booked schedules/charters. Dots follow departure status.
- Airline plugin Airline type: a community admin enables it; then every pilot sees it as a community plugin.
- No sensitive settings in-plugin Pilots only see language (EN|NL) and map badges. Discord/script live on the site or here.
- Website API required Your VA script must support the flight-status endpoints (see API docs / PHP bridge).

Community admin: enable VA Flight Ops for your airline in smartCARS Central. Pilots restart and see it under Plugins.

Only if you want ownership verified: register here (not via Pilot Center) and apply with TFDI proof.

Set script URL, community ID and Discord webhook. Invite developers. Download the API bridge if needed.

Do I need this portal to run the plugin?
No. Enable VA Flight Ops in smartCARS for your community. This portal is only an optional Discord/script backup and docs hub.
Why can’t other pilots see the plugin?
Airline plugins must be enabled community-wide in smartCARS Central, not only via “+” on one PC. This portal cannot do that for you.
Can I log in here with my BlueNova pilot account?
No. Partner accounts are deliberately separate from Pilot Center. Register here only as a VA owner or developer.
How do I connect my own VA website?
Implement the flight-status endpoints (API docs). Then optionally set your script URL / Discord here after approval, or keep everything on your own server.
